Growing mortgage consulting company is looking for sharp Loan Auditor's to join their team! This position is a HOME-BASED position with high earning potential! Everyone begins on contract but W2 status will follow within the first year!

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 SOLID YEARS of QUALITY CONTROL/FRAUD EXPERIENCE FROM A LARGE FINANCIAL INSITUTION!

What you need for this position:

- 5+ years of SOLID experience as a QC Auditor; fraud and post closing loan audit is REQUIRED.
- Large financial institution company experience required.
- Must be Internet savvy with strong research skills
- Familiar with MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of LexisNexis, AVMs and other fraud online research tools

What you'll be doing:

- Analyze delinquent loan portfolios
- Perform audits on all fraud or misrepresentation identified in origination QC audits, EPD audits, Investor Repurchase Demands, and Investor mandated audits
- Maintain quality control and volume standards
- Re-underwrite EPD and fraudulent loans to determine deficiencies against original Investor
