Rice Flour Operator - Rice Mill Operator

If you have Operated Rice Flour Processing Equipment to include Grinders, Sifters and Bagging Equipment experience, please read on!

What you need for this position:

- Rice and flour industry experience
- 5+ years experience operating rice flour processing equipment to include Grinders, Sifters, and Bagging Equipment.
- Understand detailed Schedules.
- Start up and Shut down of the Flour Mill.
- Record Keeping.
- Use of basic Hand Tools.
- Understand all Flour Processing Equipment.
- Excessive Walking and Standing.
- Capable of Climbing.
- Making Change overs and Adjustments to Equipment as needed.

What you'll be doing:

- Operate Rice Flour Processing Equipment to include Grinders, Sifters and Bagging Equipment.
- Transfer Raw Materials to Flour Mill for processing.
- Operate all Rice Flour processing and Packaging Equipment.
- Understand Quality and Granulation Factors.
- Run Production Basis Schedules.
- Maintenance for Sanitation.
- Follow all Company Procedures to include HACCP and GMP's.
- Supervise all Production Workers in the Department.
