Are you an experienced Technical Sales Manager with refinery product experience? If so, please read on!

We are an established company based in California specializing in manufacturing, engineering, and construction of power generation, renewable energy and industrial components.

What you need for this position:

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years sales engineering experience, outside sales preferred
- 5+ years process/refinery experience
- 5+ years experience with heat exchangers, boilers, condensers and process heaters
- Bilingual Spanish preferred - oral and written skills
- Must be able to travel 75% of the time throughout the U.S.

What you'll be doing:

-Interpret customers specifications, including communicating with customer to clarify incomplete or confusing information.
- Thermally and mechanical design equipment then estimate the cost to build it using good judgment and in an accurate manner.
- Be knowledgeable of the industry into which the equipment is offered.
- At option of supervisor, preparation and submission of proposal to customer.
- After order, prepare specification documents to fully describe the equipment to Design Engineering.
- Quickly and accurately answer customers questions about units offered for sale.
- Support Sales in its efforts to gain orders from customers; for example, be available to answer technical questions at final negotiations.
- Suggest and implement changes in product design to increase capability and lessen cost for manufacture.
