What you need for this position:

- Established referral relationships with hospital and nursing home discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and physicians or physicians groups.
- 3+ years of experience in home health sales management
- Bilingual is highly preferred
- Bachelors degree is preferred!

What you'll be doing:
You will be responsible for all aspects of the sales and marketing activities for our South Texas facility. You will be reporting to the Director of Marketing.

- Generate Medicare referral activity
- Expand the Medicare patient census
- Implement marketing programs
- Hire and supervise sales staff
