Are you a business analyst/PM with banking and/or credit card experience? Then check out this new 6mos plus role to FT here in Austin , TX . We will be interviewing this week. Location: NW Austin (local candidate prefered, no relocation) Duration: 6 mos+
Rate: $35hr to $40hr with FT in 70's to 80'sK


Business Analysts/PM role will be dedicated to writing up technical requirements specifications for application software in the credit/banking sector. The environment is complex and you need to be used to working with Back End applications. Much more than Front End GUI work, this role requires depth and breadth of knowledge in business processes, Back End applications, project planning and excellent communication skills. Consultants local to Austin are preferred, but will consider outside Austin consultants. Work is completed onsite.

Skill Sets for BAs
1. Good knowledge of Retail & Commercial Banking
2. Good understanding of payment card industry
3. Requirement Gathering experience
4. Ability to decompose different business processes
5. Ability to elaborate functional specification document
6. Good exposure of tools like Visio, Office, MPP and any Requirement lifecycle management tools
7. Good understanding of UML
8. Prior business analysis experience
9. Good communication & presentation skills
