We are a well established, well respected and growing Home Healthcare provider near San Antonio, TX - looking to hire experienced and licensed Physical Therapist with Home Health experience.

What you need to apply:
- Texas State License as a Physical Therapist
- BS Degree in Physical Therapy
- 2+ years related experience in physical therapy- we prefer home health experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Current TX driver's license and proof of insurance: You will be driving to patient homes within your assigned territory
