Commercial Claims Adjuster Commercial Claims Adjuster - Commercial Insurance - Skills Required - Commercial Adjuster, Commercial Insurance Commercial Claims Adjuster Location: Houston, TX If you have 3+ years of commercial adjusting experience and are looking to work for rapidly growing company in the Houston area.

We are a are full service global Loss Adjusters who facilitate the settlement of both simple and complex claims.

What you will be doing:

Maintaining active diary on all claims.
Maintain proper communication with clients and firm.
Determining the cause of loss, extent of damage.
Negotiates settlements by meeting with company adjusters or appraiser.
Writing detailed estimates with Xactimate or other estimating programs
Actively pursue new clientele through networking & lead generation.


What you need for this position:

3 plus years of commercial adjusting experience, or the equivalent, working mid and large dollar commercial losses. Commercial experience mandatory.
Write concise, readable loss reports following loss investigations
Have a working knowledge of Xactimate or similar software;
Ability to work with a wide variety of clients including global corporations and domestic and international insurers.
Able to generate a substantial portion of your own business by having a market following of clients whose business they control.
