Job Description
An exceptional Indexing Technician is responsible for reviewing the documents in an indexed loan file. Identifying the exception and resolving the exception by researching the issue and/or contacting the sending office by email and by telephone. This person will achieve or exceed set targets to fulfill the Internal and Client's SLA's. This person performs administrative tasks to support the operations group; relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job; and works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically, this role reports to the Operations Supervisor.
This requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2 - 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. This person has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Skills:
