Job Description
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the following activities and tasks:
- Responsible for the day to day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for a single site/business unit or smaller business unit(s), including research
- Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex products, systems and services in an operations environment
- May manage projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives of an operations nature
- Functions as the technical expert in their assigned area
- Utilizes their in-depth understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications of other groups within the operations function and other divisions within the company
- Uses their knowledge acquired through increasingly responsible operations analysis work
- Clearly recognized as a content expert by peers
- Communicates across and up the organization including delivery of executive summaries
- Provides guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural, technical and/or operational changes
This position supports Executive Customer Relations, including heavy customer contact to resolve complaints and issues, regulator and attorney case resolution, and requires outstanding verbal and written communications skills, professional attitude, and ability to deal with varying workload based on outside factors which contribute to work volume. Major accountabilities are based on individual expertise and abilities.
The candidate qualified for this position will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as 3-5 years of experience. Candidates who are both qualified and interested are encouraged to apply today.
